System Architecture
Collaboration with Client PC
- 💻 TM5000WIN software must be installed on PC with Windows OS
- 🧾 Receipt management, overviews and settings are handled directly in TM5000WIN application
- 🧩 Device does not contain its own operating system – all functions depend on connected computer
Communication with Master System
The master system (sales application) communicates with TM5000WIN via:
- TCP/IP protocol (LAN/WiFi)
- Text files via shared directory
Receipt Printing Process Flow
- Master system (sales application) generates a receipt print request
- Request is sent to print manager TM5000WIN
- TM5000WIN processes the request and verifies data with Financial Administration server
- After server approval, request is sent to FT4000 printer
- FT4000 stores document in CHDU5000 and prepares it for printing
- FT4000 physically prints the document
- FT4000 sends feedback to TM5000WIN
- TM5000WIN records print status and informs master system

To use FT4000, you need:
- FT4000 printer with CHDU5000 – certified fiscal printer
- TM5000WIN software – print manager installed on Windows PC
- Connection to Financial Administration server – for document verification
