Keyboard Description

The keyboard of eKASA FT4000 printer with CHDU5000 allows simple control and device status monitoring through LED indicators and physical buttons.

Indicators and Control Elements

🟢 LED: Online/Offline

Status: LED lights up (green)
Description: Printer is online and ready to print documents.

🟡 LED: Offline Documents

Status: LED blinks
Description: There are offline documents waiting to be sent to Financial Administration server.

Sending is activated:

• After pressing the Confirm button (manually)
• On next ON-LINE document (automatically)

🔘 Button: Confirm

Function: Manual sending of offline documents
Use: Press the Confirm button to send all pending offline documents to Financial Administration server.

⏻️ Button: On/Off

Function: Power on and off the printer
Use: Press to activate or deactivate the device.
