Operation
By right-clicking on the TM5000WIN icon in the system tray, a context menu with the following options is displayed:

Connect Printer
Before using this function, make sure that:
- printer is powered on
- it is physically connected to computer
- connection parameters are correctly set in
Connection section.
By right-clicking on the TM5000WIN icon in the system tray, a context menu is displayed.

Select option: Connect printer.
Clicking this option starts the printer connection process.
Physical Printer Status
This function displays detailed overview of printer status and diagnostic information.
Before using it, make sure printer is properly connected.
Status can be displayed in TM5000WIN application via menu: Printer status.
Window with printer status information is displayed, divided into following sections:

Tip: For non-standard values, check paper status, printer cover and physical connection.
CHDU Status
Current protected data storage status can be displayed in TM5000WIN application via menu:
E-Kasa → CHDU Status
After selecting this option, an information window with following data is displayed:
- CHDU type and serial number
- Firmware version and processor version
- Total capacity of storage
- Free capacity of storage
- Last stored document
- document number
- issue date
- Number of unsent OFF-line documents
- Information about erroneous document
- SWID – software identifier of certified eKasa solution
OFF-line Documents
During internet connection outage, documents are stored in OFF-line mode. After connection is restored, they need to be sent to Financial Administration server within 48 hours of their creation.
Sending
- OFF-line documents are sent automatically
- After each ON-line document, 10 OFF-line documents are sent
- If needed, sending can be started manually in 2 ways:
- Pressing Confirm button on printer keyboard
- In TM5000WIN application via menu:
➡️ EKasa -> Send OFF-line documents
Printing
If requested by Financial Administration, list and details of OFF-line documents waiting to be sent can be printed:
In TM5000WIN application via menu:
➡️ EKasa -> Print OFF-line documents
Document selection:
- by date (FROM – TO)
- by document number (FROM – TO)
Document number format: YYMMDDccccc
Only part ccccc is entered
Example:

Filter is used to display documents according to selected criteria.
Location Registration
Portable eKASA cash registers allow location registration where device is currently located during goods or services sale.
Location registration can be performed in TM5000WIN application via menu:

Location is entered in one of following ways:
1. GPS Coordinates
- X – string 1–20 characters
- Y – string 1–20 characters
2. Physical Address
- City – 1–100 characters
- Street – 1–100 characters
- House number – 1–20 characters
- Postal code – 5 digits
- Registration number – 1–10 digits
3. Other Location Identification
- Description – 1–240 characters
- Example:
172 km, rest area R1, license plate BB123BA
Location is sent by clicking Register button.
Sales Overview
In TM5000WIN application, sales overview for selected period can be displayed.
To display overview, use menu: Sales Overview
This opens submenu with options:

Daily closure
- Perform daily closure.
- Closure is not mandatory and can be performed multiple times per day or once for multiple days. It has informative character.

Monthly closure
- Print monthly closure.

Interim closure
- Print interim closure.

Overviews
- Print overview and document copy based on selected selection.
After selecting option, choose criteria for displaying overview.
Cash Operations
In TM5000WIN application, cash operations can be performed: Deposit, Withdrawal, Invoice payment, Invoice payment cancellation, Coin count.
To perform cash operation, use menu: Cash Operations
This opens submenu with options:

Deposit
- Every cash deposit to register must be registered in eKasa - print Deposit document.

Withdrawal
- Every cash withdrawal from register must be registered in eKasa - print Withdrawal document.

Invoice payment
- Register invoice payment.

Invoice payment cancellation
- Cancel registered invoice payment.

Coin count
- Calculated total coin count amount.
External Programs
TM5000WIN print manager supports launching external applications directly from context menu of system tray icon.
Maximum of three programs.
Names of individual programs are defined in SK.lang file
