Configuration via WEB Interface
The FT5000 printer allows easy configuration through the built-in web interface. To access the web interface, the printer must be connected to the local network via LAN or WiFi.
If the printer’s IP address is not known, it can be determined by printing the LOG file via built-in keyboard or via DHCP server.
Login to Web Interface
- Open a web browser (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Edge).
- Enter the FT5000 printer IP address into the browser address bar (e.g.
http://192.168.1.36). - Log in to the interface as administrator:
- Administrator:
ft5000servis/ft5000setup- Authorized to change communication settings and upload activation data. - User:
ekasa/predaj- Authorized to view issued document history and closure overview.
- After login, the main web interface menu will be displayed.
What Can Be Configured in Web Interface
The FT5000 web interface allows all common configurations and administrative tasks.
Main functions include:
- Network connection settings (DHCP/static IP, IP detection via LOG)
- Communication port settings (RS232 / USB / TCP) and serial line parameters
- Management of allowed IP addresses / masks for TCP communication
- eKasa environment configuration (Integration / Production), timeouts and test mode
- Upload IDENT / AUTH XML and CHDÚ activation (activation data overwrite action)
- Document header/footer settings and initialization HEX sequences
- VAT rate and payment method configuration (Payment 1..8)
- E-mail client settings and sending test emails
- Document exports and viewing (print copies, XML export)
- User permissions and management (administrator / user)
- Application restart / save configuration and other administrative options
