- Download and run the remote support program of your choice
- Contact us by email or phone — contact details can be found on the Contact page.
- Request remote assistance and provide us with the session ID or code displayed in the client.
- Allow screen sharing and briefly describe the problem; if possible, attach screenshots or relevant logs.
- After the session ends, disconnect screen sharing for your security.
