Certificate Renewal - eKasa Authentication Data
Certificates are used to sign data messages between eKasa and Financial Administration server. Cash register certificate is authentication data that can reliably verify identity of ON-line cash register when communicating with e-kasa system.
Certificate is issued by certification authority and its validity is limited to two years for security reasons. For this reason, it is necessary to address certificate replacement, so-called eKasa authentication data renewal, at two-year intervals.
To obtain new authentication data for eKasa, you must log in to Financial Administration portal and request generation of new authentication data for each eKasa separately.
Notes on Authentication Data for eKasa
✔ Unique data: Each eKasa has unique authentication data - new authentication data must be generated for each FT5000 / FT4000 printer separately.
✔ Password: If Password for data is also changed when generating new authentication data, this new Password is also required for activation. We recommend entering Password without diacritical marks.
